Office Assistant/Messenger at Kenya Industrial & Allied Safety Services

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for keeping the office clean, organized, delivering reports and collecting payment from clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure neat and clean office area maintaining effective environment for both employees and clients.
2. Prepare tea for the employees, serve and clean the kitchen area
3. Assist receptionist during lunch or any other breaks or absences and provide support to front desk operations in office
4. Monitor guests and inform appropriate employee regarding guest requests for department.
5. Deliver reports to clients within Nairobi County
6. Collect cheques from the clients

QUALIFICATIONS

1.  General knowledge of Nairobi and its environs.
2. KCSE certificate
3. Basic computer knowledge
