    Operations Manager

    What you'll do:

    • Lead housekeeping, maintenance, safari shop, night porter and wellness teams
    • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and oversee daily lodge operations
    • Support department heads and step into Lodge Manager duties when required
    • Drive team training, operational excellence and cost efficiencies
    • Maintain the highest luxury hospitality and sustainability standards

    We're looking for:

    • Proven luxury lodge or hospitality operations management experience
    • Strong leadership and guest relations skills
    • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
    • Passion for service excellence and mentoring teams
