• Conduct feasibility studies and liaise with landowners, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders for site acquisition.
• Obtain necessary approvals, permits, and legal documentation for new billboard sites.

Billboard Installation & Supervision

• Oversee the construction, base casting, and structural integrity of new billboard installations.
• Work closely with contractors and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of billboard setup.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Billboard Maintenance & Compliance

• Monitor and ensure timely renewal of expired billboard site leases and licenses.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure all advertising fees, taxes, and statutory charges are paid on time.
• Oversee regular inspections to ensure billboards are in optimal condition, addressing any structural or aesthetic issues promptly.
• Facilitate tree pruning and other necessary site maintenance to maximize billboard visibility.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct regular site visits across the country to assess billboard performance and address client concerns.
• Provide reports on billboard effectiveness, location viability, and potential improvements.
• Act as the liaison between the company, clients, and local authorities to ensure smooth operations.

Operational Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of all billboard sites, contracts, approvals, and payments.
• Generate periodic reports on site scouting, installations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
