Operations Officer at Codirect Courier And Fulfillment Center

Salary:

• Net KES 30,000 per month

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
• 1–2 years experience in operations or logistics.
• Must be a resident of Mombasa.
• Willing to travel to our Nairobi Head Office for a mandatory training period of not less than two (2) weeks.
• Experience working in a courier or logistics company will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the Coastal region is an added advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of riders.
• Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle operational and administrative duties at the branch.
• Coordinate and monitor same-day delivery operations.
• Manage and support coastal agents to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations while maintaining high service standards.
