Operations Officer

Role Purpose:
- To coordinate implementation of Guild programs, operational planning, and institutional performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual operational work plans aligned with the Strategic Plan
- Coordinate implementation of Guild programs and projects
- Monitor performance indicators and program outcomes
- Support partnership implementation and stakeholder coordination
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Prepare institutional performance and progress reports
Strategic Contribution
- Ensures effective execution of Guild priorities
- Strengthens accountability and performance monitoring
