Our client a leading security company is urgently seeking to hire an Operations Supervisor to manage their guarding department.

The individual should be able to;

• Lead emergency response drills
• Conduct inspections of physical and safety hazards
• Monitor alarm systems and other security equipment
• Resolve conflicts following the company policies

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in security operations including guarding supervision and alarm response operations in a serious security company
• Valid Drivers and Rider license
• Stable individual, committed to his work
• Capable of travelling freely around the country
• ability to perform patrolling duties
