    Paid Media Manager (Experienced)

    • We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead and scale our digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms. This role will be instrumental in driving user acquisition, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing ROI through strategic media buying and campaign optimization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.
    • Develop paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and customer acquisition goals.
    • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to boost performance.
    • Create detailed performance reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Looker Studio.
    • Collaborate closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
    • Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively and report on pacing and forecasts.
    • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor activity.
    • Lead paid media audits, market research, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns.
    • Proven track record of delivering performance-based results across multiple channels.
    • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
    • Advanced knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and campaign funnel optimization.
    • Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns is a plus.
    • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
