Paintball Attendant at Corporate Staffing

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Explain the rules of paintball to customers’.
• May be required remove customers who do not follow the rules. 
• Attendant should be energetic and have the physical ability to be on their feet for long periods, as they will be standing, walking and even running during paintball games.
• Enforces the safety rules on the field while a game is in progress.
• Explains how to play the game, strategy and tactics.
• Checks players for paint splats when they are hit.
• Restarts the game after paint check has been performed.
• Takes disciplinary action against players that violate safety rules.
• Check all players for barrel covers while exiting the playing field.
• Make sure everyone is wearing a mask until safety exiting the field.
• Chronograph each self-equipped player’s gun before every match.
• Discipline any player that shoots their gun outside of the field.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in any related field
• Energetic. Physical ability to be on your feet 8 hours at a time
• Ability to make change, basic math skills
• Ability to effectively explain rules and regulations to customers
• Strong conflict management skills 
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Paintball experience desired
• First Aid certification a plus
• Effective communication and customer service skills
