    Partner Acquisition

    Job Purpose:

    Execute the partner acquisition, and relationship management of defined segments to meet given revenue targets

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders internal and external in carrying out the daily operations to ensure system uptime and effective communication.
    • Participate in testing for partner-related process improvements or changes.
    • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders internal and external in carrying out the daily operations to ensure effective communication of the products within their segments Ensure effectiveness and 99% system uptime through reporting of any and all system challenges reported by their partners.
    • Participate in testing for partner-related process improvements or changes and Follow up for closure resolution of any escalated partner issue
    • Report to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)/ compliance team any suspicious registration or transaction for further actions.
    • Comply fully with all anti‐money laundering (AML) policies and procedures in respect of customer identification, account monitoring, record keeping, and reporting.

    Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor in a business-related field
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales management
    • Experience in the financial and/or telecommunications industry will be an advantage
