The Partner Channel Marketing Manager for Investments (PCMM-I) role is key to Microsoft's Global Partner Solutions organization strategy. This role is responsible for landing the Area Incentives and Investments Strategy, managing the Area Incentives and Investments budget, leads the Area profitability strategy, and is a One Microsoft Leader.
In this role, you will lead the cross-organizational effort to land the end-to-end incentives and investments strategy, ensuring key stakeholders have a clear understanding around how the Area is investing in Partners across the portfolio and that the Area is informed of discretionary program and offer execution plans. Manage key partner relationships to ensure execution plans are communicated and managed effectively both internally and externally. You will manage the local incentives and investments budget, optimizing for high ROI, and build local partner investment principles to support GPS business priorities and accelerate Partner digital transformation. You will need to be a visible thought leader for profitability, leading strategic discussions with Area Leadership that support Partner Transformation, provide feedback and actionable insights on investment efficacy, and explore synergies with other areas of the business to land integrated motions aligned to compete and profitability in market.
