Pastry Chef/Baker at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, bake, and decorate bread, cakes, pastries, pies, and desserts.
• Measure ingredients, prepare doughs/fillings, and follow production recipes.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment, monitoring baking times and temperatures.
• Store ingredients safely, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas in line with food safety policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen management and guide junior bakery staff.
• Complete customer and event orders accurately and on schedule.
