Pharmaceutical Technologists III - 5 Posts

Duties and responsibilities
- Receiving, interpreting and processing prescriptions, recording prescriptions in a pharmacy unit.
- Counselling patients on usage of drugs in a pharmacy unit.
- Maintaining drug register/books.
- Stock - taking on drugs and medical devices on monthly basis.
- Other duties as assigned by the hospital pharmacist.
Requirements for Appointment;
- Be a Kenyan Citizen.
- Diploma in either Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent qualification approved by the pharmacy and poisons board from a recognized institution.
- Certificate of Registration by the pharmacy and Poisons Board.
- Valid practicing license from pharmacy and poisons Registered Board.
- Be proficient in computer skills.
