Planning Specialist at KEDA Kenya Ceramics Company Limited

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Before 4:00 pm each day, generate the transfer order list for transport distribution and the warehouse to guarantee timely flow of the dump list.
• Ensure promote follow-up on completion of transfer order list (ensuring transportation of vehicles are in place and loading is timely.in case of any issues with the order take the initiative to coordinate with transport and warehouse personnel to solve the problem, so that the order arrives at the targeted destination in a timely manner)
• Make transfer order list, commercial invoices, delivery note, etc., check the accuracy of relevant information.
• Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Education and other qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with modern transportation technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Obedience: Ability to exert subjective initiative, complete tasks assigned by superiors on time and efficiently.
• Comply with rules and disciplines: Ability to strictly abide by company rules and regulations without any disciplinary violations.
