Portfolio Intern at BBOXX

Reports to: Portfolio Manager

Purpose: To assist the Portfolio manager with data analysis, querying databases, field research, and designing simple cloud data storage platforms.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all shops' performance reports are up to date.
• To generate periodic quality assurance reports on shops performance trends.
• To develop proposals based on data for improving processes.
• To make outbound calls to a set of customers as a survey with the specific goal of improving performance.
• To develop and present monthly reports on a particular set of products customers detailing findings and recommendations

Description of tasks:

• Assist in data analysis and trend analysis
• Provide insights to the business for decision-making based on data.
• To assist in Portfolio management by reaching out to non-paying customers and developing periodic reports on the same
• To assist the Portfolio Manager with any other reasonable duties that are required

• Data analysis background. Excel skills mandatory
• SQL Skill added advantage
