Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Public Health or Community Health, Public Safety or Emergency along with relevant experience.
• Served satisfactorily as Senior Disaster Ambulance Officer and above for at least two (2) years.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in emergency medical protocols, triage systems, and ambulance logistics.

Job Description

• Lead a team of paramedics, EMTs, and support staff during disaster response and recovery efforts.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker for ambulance operations during large-scale emergencies and disaster
• Develop and implement operational plans for ambulance services in disaster scenarios, ensuring readiness and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of ambulance operations to ensure timely and effective patient transport.
• Maintain communication with dispatch centers, hospitals, and other emergency response teams to streamline patient care and transfer
• Participate in the development of disaster preparedness plans and risk reduction strategies.
• Provide expert advice on integrating ambulance services into broader disaster management frameworks.
• Represent the ambulance service in inter-agency meetings, community forums, and disaster preparedness conferences.
