    Process Expert

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    You will be responsible for:

    • Performing process validations and controls for formulation during launches, pilot batches and industrial trials.
    • Performing product stability and compatibility tests for first commercial productions.
    • Coordinating and overseeing process optimization projects.
    • Performing analysis of bulk and management of deviations.
    • Performing investigations of process nonconformities. 
    • Act as technical consultant to assist processing of bulks to the processing operators.
    • Ensuring the quality fundamentals of plant by managing and enforcing the compliance to ISO, GMPs, DGO regulations and KEBS requirements.
    • Collaborating with cross functional teams to support the plant strategies, priorities and ensure the quality culture and compliance across the plant.
    • Providing onboarding, training, coaching, development, and support to ensure all employees are competent in the areas of quality.
    • Managing active formulations in ERP system and raw material catalogue.
    • Developing method of operation or method of manufacturing as per specification of production.
    • Collaborating with safety, operations, and quality to complete risk assessment to review and mitigate risks associated with new formula production.
    • Execute process validations and publish results as per the validation protocols.
    • Carry out launch management to track new products to ensure product availability date.
    • Actively engage in safety, quality, and performance initiatives in the plant.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor of Science degree in a Technical discipline (industrial chemistry, Industrial engineering, chemical & processing engineering).
    • Ability to perform the quality control, material release, nonconformance, preventative maintenance action, document & data control process and calibration process.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Knowledge of and ability to use relevant laboratory tools and equipment.
    • Ability to manage and collaborate with teams.
