Procurement Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Diploma
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Pharmaceutical , Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the availability of pharmaceutical and medical supplies at all times.
- Ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of all pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to meet the required pharmaceutical supply needs.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Pharmacy.
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement (hospital setting is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
