• Family Media prides itself in creating and publishing compelling media on all possible channels that inspires and encourages our audience to have a meaningful relationship with Christ and to build up a daily relationship with Jesus. We are looking for a mature, passionate and creative producer who will be responsible for facilitating TV and Radio shows from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

• Generate creative and original ideas for shows.
• Identify and implement suitable content for our audience by carrying out thorough research of guests and topics.
• Communicate and coordinate with studio crew, editors to ensure the success of a program.
• Promote completed shows on different platforms.
• Create and manage productions for different kinds of programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Producer in media.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in production software and tools, such as Final Cut Pro.
• Extensive knowledge of production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual storytelling techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
