Product Associate at Cellulant Corporation

JOB SUMMARY: 

As a product associate, you will be tasked with performing product market fit for new products by conducting market research, user research, focus groups, product tests, product pilots and finally release.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform market research on new features and use cases for a product/product area.
• Perform and report on product-market fit for new products or new features on existing products.
• Support operational teams with product knowledge and insights.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders during the rollout of entirely new products.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders during the rollout of new product features for existing products.

PERFORMANCE METRICS:

The performance of a product Associate will be measured based on the following product metrics:

• Market rollout schedule adherence.
• New product adherence to compliance and regulations.
• Achievement of product market fit within 90 - 180 days of rollout depending on the product.
• High customer delight metrics for merchants in your portfolio - CSAT, NPS, NRR, GRR.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Internship experience with the big 4 audit firms/fintech.
• Experience conducting market research (Conducting market research for technology products, especially in fintech).
• BBIT graduate or equivalent (Bcom, Actuarial, and Computer science graduates too will be considered).
• Excellent skills in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
• Grit, eagerness to learn, ambition.
