Production Supervisor at Summit Recruitment and Search

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production targets are met, products meet quality standards, and raw materials are handled correctly.
• Support inventory health through cycle counts and stock takes, ensure proper delivery procedures, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure products are correctly processed, labeled, and meet quality standards.
• Address customer complaints and discrepancies in finished goods promptly.
• Attend to machine breakdowns, ensure optimal performance through regular maintenance and testing, and address mechanical/electrical issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve production and dispatch processes, enhance productivity, and implement 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, proper use of safety equipment, and reporting of unsafe conditions.
• Liaise with Sales, CS, and Dispatch to ensure smooth operations and alignment on production schedules, while improving overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Must have an Operations/Engineering/Production Management qualification
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
