Program Associate at Voluntas

Your Responsibilities in close coordination with the head of the Voluntas Foundation

• Ensure day-to-day support of the project including coordination with partners across geographies
• Follow-up on data analysis with our analytics team
• Contribute to the writing of articles and reports
• Support the organization of meetings with advisory council and partners
• Contribute to sharing results within the Voluntas team as well as to linking them to our philosophy
• Contribute to other research projects, if time allows
• Coordinate with our communications team to ensure the YMI website is up to date and that publications are disseminated
• Contribute to outreach efforts to potential partners and to the development of pitches
• Support the development of proposals to mobilize further funding
• Support the organizations of fundraising events

• Experience in communication/fundraising
• Experience in quantitative research, and knowledge of research methods for social science (sampling, weighting, data cleaning and management, descriptive statistics, inference analysis)
• Languages spoken
