Project Coordinator Senior Security Engineer at Unify Search Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Requirements and Responsibilities -

• Should work as security team Lead with building, assisting, validating and supporting security solution and security architectures for customers.
• Assist in Architecture Design preparation (HLD/LLD) and design validation from members for various security solutions and technologies from multiple vendors.
• Team lead during initial installation setup and operation, documents work processes & procedures of Network Security projects at client premises
• Lead Implementation and maintenance support (level 3) of various Security products from multiple OEM Technology.
• Strong technical knowledge on Installation and configuration of Security Appliances and solutions from Cisco included and not limited to Cisco Firepower, Cisco Identity Service Engine, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco ESA/WSA, Cisco Duo, Cisco AMP etc.
• Strong technical knowledge on Installation and configuration of Security Appliances and solutions from F5 included and not limited F5 LTM, F5 WAF, F5 NGINX, F5 Shape etc
• Capability to design, install configure, troubleshoot security solutions from Checkpoint, Palo Alto etc.
• Responsible for as built documentation for all new installation and upgrades
• Motivate and encourage the team, build teamwork, and foster a sense of accomplishment
• Coordinate team and the Service Advisors for support & maintenance of service contracts for Security Solutions, follow up on reports and provide recommendation per client
• Participate in developing short and long-term goals for the team.
• Support and guide team members in installation and support of Security Solutions.
• Maintaining close contact with the presales team to support them for POCs, Demos, Meeting, Workshops etc at clients premises/sites
• Closely liaises with external customers during implementation and support to foster good relationships that will allow continued business
• Maintains close contact with the Helpdesk during the assigning of calls to the Engineers
• Closely liaises with PMO during implementation to ensure that there is better controls

Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder

• Degree in CIS, BBIT, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any other related field
• Mandatory OEM specific Certifications- Cisco, F5 and checkpoint
• Very Strong skills around Security Solutions
• CCNP/CCIE Security, F5 -101, 201, 301, Checkpoint CCSE
