Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

• Identify potential buildings and commercial properties to expand portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis and property assessments.
• Develop strategies and tailored service offerings for clients.

Business Development & Networking:

• Network with property owners, developers, and stakeholders.
• Present proposals and negotiate management agreements.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Collaborate with Head of Commercial and Facilities Management teams.
• Maintain records and regularly report on portfolio growth.

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the initial contact for potential clients.
• Ensure professional communication and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Development, or similar roles.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and capable of making data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficiency with CRM and property management software (preferred).
