Property Management Field Officer (Real Estate) at MNC Consulting Group Limited

Our client, a reputable company in the Real estate industry, is looking to hire a reliable and proactive Property Management Field Officer. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily property operations, ensuring properties are well- maintained and tenant needs are addressed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Deliver rent notices and follow up on rent collections Assist in resolving tenant concerns and minor disputes Ensure properties remain clean, secure, and in good condition
• Support leasing activities by showing vacant units to prospective tenants
• Maintain accurate records of site visits, tenant feedback, and repair needs
• Report urgent matters to the Property Manager promptly
• Carry out any other related field duties as directed

Qualifications:

• KCSE/Form Four certificate required
• Any prior experience in property management or real estate will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, dependable, and able to work independently
