Property Manager – Nairobi at Broll Kenya Limited

We’re seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing one of our premier commercial properties. This role calls for a results-driven professional who thrives on operational excellence, strong client relationships, and delivering measurable performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations — including leasing, tenant relations, and occupancy management.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize income and control costs.
• Manage service contracts, maintenance, and capital works to ensure properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
• Stay ahead of market trends to maintain competitive rental levels and support business growth.
• Lead, train, and evaluate property management staff to drive performance and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, service providers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field.
• Full membership with the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) — mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of leasing, service contracts, budgeting, and property management systems.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
