Role Description

• As a Property Sales Advisor at Vaal Real Estate Kenya located in Nairobi County, Kenya, you will be responsible for helping clients buy or sell properties. Your day-to-day tasks include researching local markets, accompanying clients during visits and inspections, negotiating deals, and preparing contracts. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of sales achievements in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Social Media Marketing tools
• Familiarity with the real estate laws, regulations, and financing options in Kenya
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fluency in English and Swahili, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
