    Property Sales Executive

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Property Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in property sales and a strong understanding of the real estate market. This role requires a hands-on professional who is passionate about sales, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and committed to achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate and convert property sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct outreach.
    • Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers and investors.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless sales experience from inquiry to closing.
    • Advise clients on available properties, pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
    • Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate transactions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property listings.
    • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote available properties and sales campaigns.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Mombasa real estate sector.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in property sales, real estate sales, or a similar role.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong knowledge of the Mombasa property market and real estate industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
    • Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering results.
    • Strong customer relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is an added advantage.
    • Valid driving license and ability to travel within Mombasa and surrounding areas is preferred.
