MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Basic literacy, primary education (KCPE)
• High school certificate (KCSE)

Age:

• Usually 20 years or older

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and communicate in English and Kiswahili

Skills and Attributes:

• Customer service skills – courteous, friendly, respectful and helpful.
• Basic math skills – for handling cash, giving change, and reading meters.
• Attention to detail – ensuring correct fueling, ensuring correct cash, MPESA, VISA and other payment methods to the customer, avoiding fuel spills and wrong fuel input.
• Honesty and reliability – especially when handling money and customers
• Transparency and integrity
• Physical stamina – ability to stand for long hours and work outdoors.
