Quality Assurance and Standards Officers II at Kwale County Government

Duties and responsibilities

• Organizing and supervising quality assurance and standards activities in all the programs of the department;
• Planning, coordinating and direct departmental resources to meet identified needs of the department;
• Initiate capacity building programs in the department; Coordinating co –curriculum activities in the department;
• Establishing and maintaining regular reports for proper running  of the departmental programs; Quality assure programs in the department;
• Maintaining departmental data, monitoring and evaluation of departmental programs and Implementation of policies and legislations.

Qualifications:

 Requirements for Appointment   

For appointment to this grade, the officer must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or its equivalent from a recognized university or any other related field.
• A Certificate of registration from the Teachers Service commission or Technical and Vocational Education Training
