Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector at CDL Human Resource

• The QA Inspector ensures that all raw materials, components, assembled products, and imported finished goods meet quality standards, ensuring defect-free products for customers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Raw & Packaging Materials: Test and inspect materials for conformity, approve or reject inputs, and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Component Moulding: Conduct line clearance, prepare reference standards, and perform quality checks on components (barrels, caps, tubes, etc.).
• Ink Filling: Oversee changeovers, evaluate ink fill attributes, and identify defects impacting performance.
• Assembly Operations: Inspect components and packaging, verify production line standards, and conduct quality checks on assembled products (pens, shavers, etc.).
• Customer Complaints: Investigate complaints, prepare test reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Calibration: Perform daily equipment checks, isolate faulty tools, and document results.

Requirements

• Qualifications
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Quality Control (related fields).
• 1–2 years of experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
