Quality Control Supervisor at Ramco Group

Platinum Packaging Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to oversee and enforce quality standards throughout our production processes. This role is critical in maintaining product integrity and ensuring compliance with both customer specifications and legal standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Make quality-related decisions on product acceptance or rejection.
• Maintain accurate quality control documentation and inspection records.
• Lead and train production staff on quality protocols and best practices.
• Ensure testing equipment is maintained and calibrated.
• Collaborate with production and relevant departments to resolve quality issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes and efficiency, and keen on following processes and procedures.
• Ensure strict checks and testing of incoming raw materials, and ensure quality checks are done on all finished goods before product delivery.
• Approve products before production commences and throughout the process to ensure compliance
  with quality standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, including food safety standards.
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards within QC operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QC, preferably in flexible packaging.
• Hands-on experience with quality testing equipment.
• Supervisory experience is a strong advantage.
