Quantity Surveyor at National Environment Management Authority (NEMA)

Job Responsibilities

Responsibility

• Checking drawings submitted to the Authority
• Costing bills of quantities for projects submitted for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) licencing to establish real cost
• Working closely with inspection and monitoring teams to develop bills of quantities for sites requiring rehabilitation
• Costing bills of quantities for NEMA projects and supervising contractors

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree in either Quantity Surveying or B.A Building Economics or any other relevant field from a recognzed institution
• Proficiency in Computer applications
• Relevant Working Experience will be an added advantage
