Job Description:

• The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control within the construction department. They play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of resources, accurate cost forecasting, and adherence to budgetary constraints throughout construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Professional accreditation or membership in a recognized Quantity Surveying institution is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software, MS Projects and CRM.
• Strong understanding of interpretation of drawings and technical know how of structural works.
• Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design quality.
