Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

• Ensure monitoring ad effective operation of
  • Commercial KPIs
  • Marketing Spends against Plan
  • Stock levels ad Distributor
  • Stock Reconciliation
  • Distributor audits
  • REceivable balances
• Suggest and implement ROI improvement in Trade and Marketing Initiatives
• Conduct Pre & Post evaluation of consumer and Trade Promos
• Ensure Coordination with internal and external Audits for Reckitt.
• Submit timely and accurate reports to the senior management with key analytical inputs (Like ROI enablers) for effective decision making
• Carry out annual DB ROI review and suggest improvements to Distributor to ensure better profitability
• Price List Management- Ensure correct price lists are provided to customers and the sales team

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Post Graduate in Finance/Accounting from a recognized University
• CPA & ACCA Qualification will be an added advantage
• At least 3 years of commercial or accounting and finance experience
• Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data tables and financial Modeling)
• Strong Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
