Receptionist, Front Office / Guest Services at Janta Kenya

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and support registration and check-in
• Assist with check-out, approved payments and receipt issuance
• Provide guests with information and coordinate requests
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate where necessary
• Maintain accurate guest records, logs and shift handovers
• Protect guest privacy and report safety or emergency concerns

What we’re looking for:

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Front Office Operations or a related field
• At least 2 years’ relevant reception or front office experience
• Hospitality experience is highly preferred
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Professional, calm and welcoming presentation
• Good attention to detail and discretion when handling guest information
• Strong teamwork, integrity and awareness of guest safety
