Recoveries, Monitoring & Control Analyst at Adjacent Possible Finance

Role Description

The role will support Adjacent Possible Finance in effective Debt collection as per strategic plan targets. Further the role is responsible for undertaking risk surveillance and monitoring of the credit portfolio and managing the Early Warning Risk framework.

Qualifications

• A Diploma / Bachelor’s degree holder in Business related discipline or equivalent from a recognized college.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Credit, Banking and / or relationship management.
• Clear understanding of the credit impairment requirements and loan aging classification and provisioning.
• Practical experience in use of relevant MS Office applications, analysis and interpretation of the data.
• Experience in tracking devices system.
• A good understanding and knowledge of the Kenyan Microfinance Industry is an added advantage.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
