Recovery Team Leader – Logbooks
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate
- Experience 5 - 8 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead logbook debt recovery operations Manage classified loans & collections
- Oversee vehicle, motorbike & Tuk Tuk recovery
- Supervise recovery teams & service providers
- Ensure compliance with policies & legal requirements
- Prepare recovery & performance reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Banking
- CCP or equivalent credit qualification
- 5-8+ years' debt recovery experience 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
- Knowledge of NTSA, collateral realization & vehicle repossession
- Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
