Job Requirements

• Have a Diploma course in community organization from recognized institution
• Have graduated not earlier than year 2017;
• Be proficient in computer skills; and
• Be energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Job Description
Job Purpose

• Coordinating sports programmes from the counties and identifying talents.

 
Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:

• In charge of the management of community centre
• Identifying, nurturing and developing talents among the youth.
• Responsible for organizing developmental youth activities
• In charge of all physical assets and inventory in the centre
• Ensuring booked activities/functions follow the laid down procedures
• Initiates Works Requisitions for repairs and maintenance of recreational facilities
• Advise the community on County operations/policies
• Liaises with other stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Community Mobilization
• Handling intra-group conflicts
• Responsible for group formation, registration and strengthening of existing groups.
