Recruiting Supervisor at Oasis Outsourcing

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain and optimize ATS systems and candidate pipelines.
• Use data and metrics to drive recruitment performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ATS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a PEO or multi-site environment is a plus!
