Regional Manager (3 Posts) at Bidii Credit Limited

Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Manager will oversee operations in multiple branches making up a region. You will oversee market and product penetration, operational support, and resourcing in your designated region to ensure branches run profitably.

Education and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Diploma holders will be considered
• More than 5 years’ experience as a branch or unit leader in financial services industry or insurance
• Ability to train and manage a large and geographically diverse sales team
• Attract and retain key staff
• Good knowledge of the microfinance landscape in Kenya.
