Essential Requirements / Person Specifications 

• Degree in Business Administration or related field 
• Demonstrated work experience as a Sales Manager or similar sales role 
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) 
• Availability to travel as needed
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software 
• Set and drive individual targets for the sales team
• Thorough understanding of service industry Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar position managing a team
