Regional Talent Acquisition Officer at Nutrition International

About the role

In this role you will be:

Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, the Regional Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for sourcing quality candidates to meet the needs of the organization. The incumbent will participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting and sourcing to selection, and collaborate with hiring managers and the HR department to gain an understanding of the best-fit applicants for the organization. The Talent Acquisition Officer will negotiate offers with selected candidate and oversee the completion of references, background and criminal checks where relevant. Once the contract has been signed, the Talent Acquisition Officer will hand it off to the HR Officer for employee set-up and onboarding.

About you

• You will have a degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management. HR certifications (e.g. CHRP, SHRP, PHR, SPHR).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or customer relationship management systems. Experience using social media outlets for talent acquisition.
• Global recruiting experience within an INGO environment is an asset.
• Successful track record in filling difficult positions in niche areas and maintaining high quality satisfaction of hiring managers and candidates.
• Knowledge and experience in working with Applicant Tracking Systems and online recruiting and networking tools.
