    Regulatory & Corporate Affairs Manager

    The position holder will influence regulatory policy to facilitate business operations. You will be responsible for management of regulatory matters related to products sold by/within the country. This will include: management of regulations; ensuring compliance of products, labels and advertising with local regulations; provide support in innovation/renovation; participation in elaboration and revision of local regulations; co-ordination of Shared Regulatory Services (where applicable) and interaction in work of Codex Alimentarius.

    You will also enhance and strengthen Nestlé’s corporate reputation and equity with external and internal stakeholders including media. You will create a communications environment that fosters positive attitude, openness, engagement, and exceptional performance; build recognition of Nestlé as the leading Nutrition Health and Wellness organization and enhance social investment objectives.

    As the successful candidate, a typical day will focus on:

    • Stakeholder engagement and public affairs management.
    • Ensuring compliance of products, label compliance and support on Innovation & Renovation projects.
    • Advocacy on policy and regulatory developments.
    • Communication, public relations and digital activations.
    • Social investment initiatives

    What will make you successful

    • A degree in Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmacy, Chemistry or Biochemistry.
    • Minimum 5 years relevant experience ideally from the FMCG industry.
    • Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
    • Regulatory compliance experience.
