Project Lead - Kenya (Mombasa) at Treasure Communication Limited

 We're seeking a Project Lead in Mombasa to oversee trade marketing projects from planning through execution client goals are met with excellence and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of GT projects across multiple regions
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and retail partners to ensure campaign success
• Supervise field teams, merchandisers, and promoters
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Provide weekly reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and trade channel standards

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in trade marketing, FMCG sales, or retail promotions
• Must live in the coast region
• Proven ability to manage Field operations, teams, and Client expectations
• Strong understanding of General Trade (wholesalers, kiosks, independent retailers) and/or Modern Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, key accounts)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure .
• A background in marketing, sales, or project management is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
