Job Purpose 

• The officers are tasked to market and contribute to the growth of the company’s portfolio. 

 Duties & Responsibilities 

• Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers  
• Ensures high level of quality loans are referred to the business. 
• Provide support in recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team. 
• Ensures zero tolerance to customer complaints-both internal and external. 
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customer’s information. 
• Good Service Delivery on customer service Relationships. 

 Qualifications and Experience 

• Certificate/Diploma in sales and marketing or any Business related 
• A practical working experience in a Micro lending company
