Rendering Draftsman - Revit & AutoCAD at Nathan Digital

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Rendering Draftsman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, detailed renderings and drafts of architectural, engineering, or product designs. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to translate conceptual designs into precise and accurate renderings.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and Rendering:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings of architectural plans, engineering designs, and product prototypes using rendering software.
• Develop and refine renderings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and designers.
• Work closely with project teams to understand design specifications and requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of renderings.
• Ensure all renderings adhere to project standards and specifications.
• Review and verify the accuracy of drafts and renderings, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain organized records of all drafts and renderings.
• Update and revise existing drafts and renderings as required by project changes or client feedback.
• Proficiency in Auto CADD & Revit software as well as rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray).

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Auto CADD & Revit software as well as rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray).
• Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in a specific industry (e.g., architecture, engineering, product design).
• Diploma or degree in any specialized field.
• Portfolio of previous work.
