    Request for Proposals Tiko Capacity Building Partner

    Scope of work

    • In partnership with the Tiko team, the primary purpose of the partner’s input will be to develop the programme’s approach and content materials, as well as support the implementation, reporting and analysis of the pilot.
    • The partner will lead on proposing how best we will achieve our vision. They will drive the implementation process to prove the impact of the suggested approach. Following the success of the capacity-building pilot we would aim to look at how we could scale this approach across all our CBOs in Kenya.

    Required skills and expertise

    We are looking for an organisation with the following skills and qualifications:

    • Demonstrable expertise in developing and implementing capacity-building programmes in sub saharan Africa., especially in the areas of Financial management, human resource management and fundraising.
    • Demonstrable expertise and understanding of our core target users (CBOs)
    • Experience in programme analysis and reporting
    • Experience in segmentation desired to segment our CBOs based on ability and skill development still required.

    Expertise, experience, and composition:

    • Organisational expertise, experience and understanding of our target group.

    Method of Application

    Organisations are invited to submit proposals for this engagement.

    Proposals should include:

    • Demonstrated experience of similar capacity building programmes
    • Proposed approach to deliver on our vision and goals
    • Include key measurable targets
    • Work plan and timelines of implementation and reporting
    • Budget with a breakdown of costs

    The submission must be clear, concise, and complete, not exceeding 10 pages. Applicants should submit only such information as is necessary to respond effectively to this request for proposals.
