Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
• Ensure all meals are presented attractively and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate supply needs to the supervisor.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in creating new menu items and improving existing recipes.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

• Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
