    Revenue Officer II - 5 Posts

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the revenue accounting team.
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions in accordance with county policies.
    • Develop and implement revenue recognition policies and procedures.
    • Review contracts and agreements to ensure proper revenue recognition.
    • Work closely with administration and Enforcement teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
    • Monitor key revenue metrics and provide analysis to senior management.
    • Lead revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.
    • Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly and year-end audits.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Mentor and train junior staff members within the revenue accounting team.

    Requirements for Appointment

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field.
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
    • Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in revenue accounting.
