We are hiring energetic and self-driven Logbook Loan Sales Agents to join our Buruburu Branch. The role involves marketing and selling logbook loans to individuals and businesses, identifying potential clients, explaining loan terms, assisting with documentation, and meeting set sales targets. Candidates with experience in sales or microfinance will have an added advantage. Applicants must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess a smartphone. This position is commission-based, offering attractive commissions, bonuses, flexible working hours, and full training and support.
